what will we do next?

On Friday, Rene consulted from the Melbourne office and caught up on administrative work, and was busy on the weekend in client sessions and preparing for her Sydney workshop this coming weekend, 13th September in Sydney. 

Jacquelene was busily jazzing up her South Yarra shop, "The Psychic Star" with new furniture to finish off that atmospheric feel, in amongst her phone ringing off the hook, branding, building and launching a new website and media project, and a flat out weekend of clients, and working on this blog. She finds meditation helps her move mountains.

Luisa Jane was also busily consulting from her Beaumaris office and working on an upcoming educational project in conjunction with Jacquelene.

"Rocky and Bullwinkle have a lot to share about repetition, see the above clip. It does become slightly annoying doesn't it? In many cases, people learn through repetition and the discipline of performing the same task to perfection until it becomes second nature. It's just a pity Bullwinkle isn't intuitively inclined, or else he would know what is coming up next...
The only problem with repetition is when you are repeating the same old negative or self sabotaging patterns, are aware of it, but repeat it anyway, procrastinating on change... Or if you feel people are visiting the same patterns repetitively upon you.  

Patience, honest introspection and discipline are key, as is humility to resolving it all. You can break free from patterns by speaking your positive intention while working, through repetition on the positive intention as a circuit breaker over top of the negative thoughts, until you are clearer. This helps you work towards clearer, more positive and decisive outcomes that you are sure about, and happy with."
