Jacquelene Close Moore opened her first Melbourne CBD office in 2004 after first having a vision in the early 1990's of the location from which she knew she would later work. Jacquelene worked permanently from that location until 2019, before moving to 120 Collins Street, and has at times hired out her office space and consulting rooms to other visiting psychics and mediums periodically over time.
